At Restorise the focus is on a person's whole being. Modern medicine has separated the mind from the body and rarely recognises their direct relationship and effect on each other. Harmony and a happy life come from wellness in the body, mind and emotions.
Experience
Jemma's deep interest in wellbeing on all levels has drawn her to many modalities of natural health. She started off her healing journey by training in Reiki. This was soon followed by Swedish massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, pathology, and anatomy and physiology in the UK achieving ITEC certification at the Raworth College in Dorking, Surrey. She subsequently furthered her bodywork expertise by learning myofascial release, trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage to become more therapeutic.
Her fascination with the mind body connection lead her to learn about meditation, epigenetics (how our environment, thoughts and emotions affect our gene expression and therefore health) and the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza who's meditations she's been doing for some years. Training in Emotional Freedom Techniques has further added to her toolkit for helping clients.

My vision is to create a space of peace and nurturing for you. To give you the opportunity to relax, go within, feel into your body, connect with yourself and release that which no longer serves you.
