OUR PHILOSOPHY
At Restorise, I believe in the restorative power of massage and natural therapies to help you relax, rebalance and revitalise your whole being. Our minds and bodies are intricately connected, so releasing stress, physical tension and energy blockages will have a positive effect on emotional and mental wellbeing. Science recognises longterm stress and the resulting physical tension as major contributors to illness. This is why the aim of my treatments is to work holistically to give a deeply relaxing yet therapeutic treatment, to release those areas of tension or pain. My approach is massage therapy involves treating everybody as an individual and tailoring each session for you. As an experienced and well trained therapist I'm dedicated to providing the highest quality care. I offer a range of techniques including Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, deeply relaxing massage, holistic massage, therapeutic massage, reflexology, Reiki, sculptural face lifting massage (incorporating intraoral buccal massage), facial lymphatic drainage, and facial massage on Waiheke Island, Auckland, New Zealand.

Reiki can also be incorporated in the session for a more energetic experience.
